GM36 Remote App Questions Empty GM36 Remote App Questions

Post by Bucky Festoon on Sun Sep 04, 2016 3:40 pm

I got a smokin hot deal on a GM36 head, TM212 cab, FSM 432 MK III footpedal and WMI-1 wireless Midi unit used package. All in unused or very slightly used condition. When received the head had all 128 presets dialed in. I set up the GM36 Remote App an my ipad yesterday. With the AMP / APP toggle in the APP position 68 presets show up. When I switch the toggle to the AMP position the message "Connecting to Amp..." shows up in the window but no information regarding the amp stored presets ever populates. Any suggestions as to how to download the amp presets in order to be able to play with them????

Thanks in advance for any help.

Also is anybody aware of where I can find more detailed information / a manual on the app? That would be helpful since the info tab in the app helps but leaves out a bunch of useful information that would be extremely helpful to know?

GM36 Remote App Questions Empty amp manual

I use a Roland UM1 usb to midi connector and attach it to my MS Surface 3 Windows 10 tablet which gives me full control of the amp's built in presets and have created many custom ones of my own stored for 69 up. I am not familiar with using this amp with the ipad app. There are many others on this forum with knowledge on how to with the GM36 and the remote apps, search for them, they will have the answers you need. This sight has been very helpful for me. Good luck and enjoy the amp!

For the manual, scroll all the way down on this webpage you will see links to several downloads for the GM36...
