Grandmeister deluxe 40 and G System

Hello!
My first post over here!!
Next month I will buy my Grandmeister!
I wanted to know if I can use the G System using the 4 cable method and change the banks created in HK with g system midi.
The idea is to create the patches using HK channels and G System effects and control everything through G System midi ... anyone use this set up?

Yes, this is absolutely possible. I use the 4cm method with a Line6 Helix (and have used a Fractal in the past). I do not have a G System, but the methodology is the same.

Ok. I Will grab my amp in June. Then il tell you how did it go...

Man... just change my FX.. sold the G system and i will be buying Helix LT with the Grandmeister.. Can i use the Helix to control the presets from the amp as well right?

Yes. I use the Helix to do this. You can either use it to change presets on the GM40 or get a little complex such as using snapshots to change individual functions on the amp as well.

The Helix + GM40 is a killer combo.
