I want to use 2 Grandmiester 36 heads but control them with one FSM-432MKIII. I can not imagine why it would not if you use a 5 pin midi cable on the output of amp 1 to the midi in on amp 2 but I wanted to make sure:-)....thanks for taking the time to look at this!

Yes you can, the MIDI 'OUT' acts as a 'THRU' [sic] through socket also. Just daisychain the two GM36s and make sure they are responding to the same MIDI channel. I'm sure you will have done it by now.
