You'll need an interface device. They typically have XLR inputs and then a USB connection to the PC.
There are many brands/models to choose from, I've been using one of these for the past few years

You'll also need recording software - the devices typically come with a free version of software. Be prepared for a bit of a learning curve but it will be worth it!
Note - the Tubemeister and Grandmeister XLR out is a LINE LEVEL signal which is too hot for a typical interface's mic/instrument input. Not only will it sound awful, but you can actually damage the device. Some interfaces can accommodate a line level signal, some cannot. If not, you'll need to attenuate the signal about -40dB (I use an inline attenuator - they are easy to find).
