Using a TC Electronic Polytune Empty Using a TC Electronic Polytune

Post by PaGator Fri Jan 02, 2015 1:27 pm

I'm a new GM36 owner and enjoying the amp so far. I have the iPad app and the MKII foot-controller. I'm having a problem getting my tuner to work with the amp. I have ia TC Electronics Polytune hooked up to the line out on the back of the amp (per the manual) but the tuner doesn't work. I see it cycle through a "start up" but when I pluck a string nothng happens. I tried different cables and batteries and know the tuner works? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

    Hi PaGator,

    It works on my Polytune.
The only way it fails for me if both volume and gain are at the minimum.

Have you tried connecting the line output to something else to see if there's a signal?

    Cheers,

    Jeff

I have mine right after the compressor and before the Amp... works fine there,,,, no real need to have it hung off the side since it is true bypass.....
