I got a text message this morning that said simply "Chris passed away last night".
Chris was my friend, and the drummer in my band. I won`t go into a bunch of rhetoric on what it means to me, and the effect it`ll have on the lives of his friends and family. He was a cheery, spirited dude who died of a heart attack. There are, however, some observations I made in it all. Being the person that I am I started digging for whatever positives I could find in the situation. I made a video and talked about some things that are very important to me in hopes that it might inspire someone else. I humbly ask that anyone interested take a few minutes to watch.
