Cheers. I just got a Tubemeister Deluxe 20 last Sunday. It's a fantastic little amp and I've been having the time of my life with it, but I've just run into an issue with the Redbox DI output. If I stop playing or turn my guitar volume all the way down, the redbox DI output shuts off completely and won't restart until I power the amp down and back up. When the DI shuts off, if I then unplug the XLR from my interface, (Focusrite Scarlett 18i8) and plug a guitar in direct, I get signal, so I know it's the amp.
Has anyone run into this before? Again, I love this amp to death, but I bought it to record with the Redbox DI, so this is kind of a dealbreaker.
Thanks!
Edit:
I just noticed that the TSC LEDs light up as well when this occurs. As soon as the input signal hits zero, the left LED begins to blink, indicating overcurrent to its attendant power tube. On its fifth blink, the right LED lights solid, indicating no current to its power tube. This continues until the amp is powered off. Again, the amp functions normally, and no TSC LEDs light until input signal falls to zero.
Maybe a power tube issue?
