TM 18 dirty clean channel

I have a TM18 I'm trying to fix. It has some fuzzy distortion on the trailing notes and volume sounds weak. I've verified tubes, verified auto bias LEDs, cleaned pots & jacks all with no change. I took some voltages and noticed a few readings that didn't look quite right, especially the 9.5vdc to -15.7vdc when adjusting gain knob on the grids of the EL84s. I can only attach 3 image files to this post, I have some more O-scope images of the preamp section if needed. I'm guessing the auto bias board. I'm going to reach out to H&K to. Any help is greatly appriciated.
