    How do i connect the GM36 to the PC editor i've downloaded?
    I don't have a thablet any longer it would be awesome to use my laptop instead

    You`ll need two midi cables and an interface with midi capabilities. I use the M-Audio midiman, but I have also used my PreSonus audiobox interface. In typical fashion you`ll go midi in/out to the interface then USB to the computer. Then, when you open the editor make sure your midi devices settings reflect the device you`re using.

    There is a post a few threads down that covers the app in all the detail you could ever hope for, but this should get you started.

    So if i understand it right, i can use my focusrite 2i4 interface to do it?

    Yep. The drivers could ultimately determine otherwise, but I would be really surprised if it didn`t work for some reason. Once it`s all set up and wired, open the app and hit the MIDI tab at the top. Make sure the Fucusrite is listed as your input and output device and you should be good to go.
