    Hey all, new to the forum and H&K in general. Love my new H&K Grandmeister 40 except one thing...

    When I push the FX Loop button, all sound on the amp cuts out. Any advice or is this a bad amp that needs to go back to Musician's Friend for a swap?

    Sorry to be so late in responding, I missed this under another post. Welcome to the forum Kratom and glad you like your GM40D.

    This may seem silly to ask but, when you say the sound cuts out, you do have some active effects in the loop don't you?
