I'm still toying with the idea of trying a FCB1010 with my GM36. Can anyone explain the usefulness of the Eureka and Uno chips? Are they the same, or do they each offer different functionalities?

Re: Behringer FCB1010: Eureka vs Uno
Eureka and Uno are two very different options.
The Uno firmware is an enhanced version of the original firmware that adds a stomp box mode. It works perfectly with the associated FCB Control Center software which allows very easy programmation.
The Eureka Prom is more useful for the devices it supports (Eleven Rack, Kemper PA, Fractal Audio etc.).
