GM 36 with Boss GT-100

Hi all , just bought the GM 36, here is my question, Since I already own the Boss GT-100 effect processor, I didn't buy the FSM Mark III foot switch that normally come with this Amp. My question is how can I use my Boss GT-100 as a channel switching only for the GM-36 ? I'm ultra rooky with midi command and control , but the only thing I want to do is to be able to switch the GM-36 channels with the GT-100 and keep and use all the GT-100 effects. Thank you !!
